For more than one day booking:
we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your activity to be paid by bank transfer or by paypal or by credit card.

The balance can be paid by CASH or CREDIT CARD on the first day of your activity.
Why do we ask for a deposit? This deposit is required to guaranteed your booking and ensure availability of the ski-snowboard instructors or mountain ski-guide or paragliding instructors ! Once we have guaranteed your booking we will suggest alternative dates to other clients to ensure your activity occurs on the date you booked!
Once we have confirmed your booking we will send you an email confirming the details of your chosen activity, start time, meeting place etc.
Cancellation Charges
In the event of cancellation by the client the following cancellation charges apply on your deposit (except cancellation due to medical reasons with valid original medical certificate):
- More than 30 days in advance: 30%
- 30 - 15 days in advance: 50%
- 14 - 6 days in advance: 80%
- 5 - 1 days in advance: 100%

Please note: no charges will be made against your deposit in case of cancellation due to acts of god, plane or helicopter defects(for héliski) etc...
