Booking Guarantee & Payment system
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
All our credit card payments are processed using an online payment link we will send to you. Please note we do not accept American Express.
For all Credit Card payments there will be an additional charge of 3% to cover the credit card fees. If you choose to pay by Electronic Invoice, there will be an additional charge of 5% to cover the invoice processing costs.
For ADVANCE bookings
We ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount of your activity. This can be paid by Credit Card, Bank transfer or by Electronic Invoice e.g Paypal invoice.
The balance can be paid by Cash or Credit Card .
The reason we ask for a guarantee is that once we have guaranteed your booking we will suggest alternative dates to other clients to ensure your activity occurs on the date you booked, and ensure availability of your ski or snowboard instructor or mountain guide.
FOR LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS (Less than 2 weeks before)
If you book less than 2 weeks before: We ask for payment of the total amount of your activity. This can be paid by Credit Card, Bank transfer or by Electronic Invoice e.g Paypal invoice.
The reason we ask for for full payment is that we will book and reserve your guide/instructor for these dates and consequently refuse other clients.
CASH PAYMENTS is always possible:
If you wish to pay by cash, we require credit card details to guarantee your booking.
For administrative purposes, we will charge a deposit of 10% to your credit card and the balance has to be paid in cash on the first day of your activity
For all Credit Card payments there will be an additional charge of 3% to cover the credit card fees
If several half-days or full day sessions are booked, we ask you to pay the balance on the first day of your activity
Upon receipt of your payment or credit card details, we will send you a final confirmation of your booking.
Please note our cancellation policy:
If you cancel 30 days before the activity, we cash 50% of the total amount.
If you cancel 15 days before the activity, we cash 100% of the total amount.
If you need to cancel your booking for medical reasons, please ask us for an invoice for your cancellation insurance.
