For all credit card payment: we will send to you an invoice by email with a weblink to pay online. Payments are made using a secure payment system from our bank. 
For all Foreign Credit Card payments there will be a payment charge of 3% to cover application fees and credit or debit card fees until 1000€ purchase, then 2% above this amount); Unfortunately, we can not accept American Express

For all ADVANCE bookings
We ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount of your activity. (for Heliski we will let you know the amount required for the deposit )
Payment must be made by credit card through our secure online payment platform. The balance must be payed by credit card one month before your booking dates or Cash to your Instructor or Guide when you will be in Chamonix.The reason we ask for a guarantee is to ensure availability of your ski or snowboard instructor or mountain ski guide for your booking dates.
Once you have guaranteed your booking; we will suggest alternative dates to other clients to ensure your activity occurs on the dates you booked…Your reservation will be secured and registered after your payment

FOR LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS: 1 Month before coming, or when you book only 1 half-day or 1 whole day & FOR ALL BOOKING DURING PEAK PERIODS (e.g Christmas/New Year's times , and all dates for school holidays in France and Europe) We ask the payment of the total amount of your activity. Your reservation will be secured and registered after your payment
CASH PAYMENT is always possible:
If you prefer to pay in cash, we ask for credit card details to guarantee your reservation.
For administrative reasons, we will charge a deposit of 10% (for any shopping basket over €600) the balance must be paid in cash on the first day of your activity
Please note: in this case we cannot confirm any reservation without guarantee by credit card
 

Bad weather in winter: Always good to enjoy snowfalls in winter in our ski areas !
Ski & Snowboard lesson:  We do not cancel any ski or snowboard lessons in case of snowfalls or bad weather (bad weather and snowfalls are normal and common in winter…)
We will always find a good ski area within Chamonix or close to Chamonix for your Ski or Snowboard lessons.
Off-Piste/Ski Guiding: The Mountain Ski Guides / Ski-Snowboard Instructor will always find some good spots where it is possible to ride wild nice slopes in all Chamonix Valley. But also in some nearby Ski resorts where we can have very good off-piste in wide and long forest like Saint-Gervais/Megève (20mn from Chamonix) or Courmayeur in Italie (30mn from Chamonix town)
The decision will be taken in joint consultation between the guide and the clients
Vallée Blanche: Your safety is our priority, so if the Guide decides that the weather or snow conditions on that day, is not good enough for Vallée Blanche, he will be happy to suggest an alternative off-piste day. By example off-piste experience on the more safe glaciers located on the back side of the famous Grands-Montets ski resort, but also off-piste day in the charming Italian ski resort of Courmayeur or next to Chamonix in Saint-Gervais/Megève… All of these ski resorts are included in Mont-Blanc Unlimited ski pass.
Heliski: In the event of poor weather conditions for the Heli flights, your Mountain Guide will be please to suggest alternative itineraries in good nearby ski areas for Off Piste Skiing, Ski Touring etc…
The decision will be taken in joint consultation between the guide and the clients
If the Guide judge that the conditions in the mountains are to much dangerous and there is a safety risk, it will be possible to postpone your day. In the event it is not possible, we will refund your deposit  or payment.
Please note: the Mountain Guide or Ski-Snowboard Instructor can decide and apply changes in the program during the day, according to the weather and snow conditions, skiers physical conditions and skills.

For all our winter activities in the event of extreme bad weather or extreme avalanche risk (level 5) whereby all ski areas in Chamonix and nearby resorts (France& Italie) are closed we will postpone/reschedule your activity or provide a refund.

Chamonix Sport Aventure cannot be held responsible for the following:
- Quality and Quantity of the snow during your vacation and activities with Chamonix Sport Aventure
- The length of the queue lines at resorts: Please note that we have special professional priority on many lifts, but not all lifts.
- The weather, snow conditions, during your vacation and during your activities 
- The performance of your rental skis /snowboard equipment
- The quality and standard of accommodation at any mountain hut / the quality of the food at mountain restaurants and mountain huts

INDEPENDANCE AND SECURITY:
Taking part in Ski Lessons or Off-Piste implies a certain autonomy on the part of the client and does not make you solely dependent on the instructor or instructor-guide.
Each student must take care of their personal safety and that of others.

OFF PISTE, VALLÉE BLANCHE, SKI TOURING, HELISKI
It is impossible to guarantee always perfect snow conditions. Each client must ensure their attention and personal safety under the advice of the Mountain Guide.
The practice of off-piste skiing constitutes the acceptance of possible natural hazards. The supervision by an instructor or instructor-guide does not eliminate the inherent risk of skiing off-piste in the mountains.
We highly recommend our clients have appropriate travel insurance that covers Heliski and Off-Piste Ski / Snowboard activities.
Please note: Our Professional Insurance cover all rescue for all Off Piste activity and transfer to the Hospital 

Please note that not any refund can be made:
- In the event of insufficient technical level (Off Piste Skiing - Vallée Blanche - Ski Touring - Heli-Ski & Heli-Snowboard ) nor if we have to Stop your activity ! due to your failure to comply with the safety instructions, given by your Ski-Snowboard Instructor or your Mountain Ski Guide

Caution: Your Safety for Off Piste skiing, Vallee Blanche - Ski on Glaciers - Heliski in Mont-Blanc range
- If Guides or Instructors decide changes the number of participants in your groups depending of: weather conditions, snow quality off-piste, and/or the conditions on the glaciers in the high mountains (crevasses, avalanches danger etc…) and this related to Safety ! (eg: Vallee Blanche - Ski on Glaciers - Off Piste - Heliski) it may then be necessary to hire more professionals and extra cost for this !

Please note: Outdoor activities in high mountains of Mont-Blanc Massif are not classic normal purchase products and can not be guaranteed as a classic purchase.

Please note our cancellation policy:
If you cancel from 30 to 16 days before the activity, we will charge  25% of the total amount.
If you cancel from 15 to 9 days before the activity, we charge  50%  of the total amount.
If you cancel from 8 days before the day of your activity, we charge 100% of the total amount.
If you need to cancel your booking for any reasons and medical reasons, please ask us for an invoice for your cancellation insurance
